JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
LOCATION: Slough
SALARY: £35,000 - £50,000 plus bonus
MUST HAVES: 3 - 5 years PQE
The COMPANY
Our client is an established award winning and Legal 500 law firm based in Slough in the heart of the Thames Valley.
The ROLE
This exiting position comes with EARLY PARTNERSHIP PROSPECTS for the right candidate.
The role will consist of the following:
*You'll be handling a broad range of quality commercial property work for a variety of clients.
*This will include landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements.
*Commercial property
*Sales and purchases
*Re-finances.
*Grant of new leases.
*Assignment of leases when acting for the landlord or the tenant.
*You will work directly with the firms Senior commercial Property Partner . You will be expected to handle and prepare sensitive documents often under a deadline
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Commercial Property Solicitor applicants with the following experience:
*Minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC.
*3 to 5 years post qualification experience.
*Trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm.
*A willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions, take initiative and attention to detail is essential.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Ability and desire to grow client base to generate business for the firm
*Able to hit the ground running and is able to deal with commercial transactions from beginning to end with minimal supervision
*Ability to meet fee earning targets
*Excellent client communication skills
