JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator

JOB SUMMARY: To process weekly payroll for around 400 staff via Sage 50 Payroll and manage time and attendance system.

LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: up to £25,000
CONTRACT TYPE: Contract to Feb/Mar 2019
HOURS: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Our Northamptonshire-based client is a well-established manufacturer with several sites across the UK.

They are looking for a dynamic, proactive and organised person to efficiently process their weekly payroll. The successful Payroll Administrator candidate will be required to do the following:

*Process a weekly payroll for around 400 people through Sage 50 Payroll.
*Process P45's, P6's, P46.
*Process all statutory payments - SMP, SSP, SPP, SAP, ShPL.
*Process starters and leavers.
*Manage and control a Management time & attendance system
*Liaising with HMRC and other statutory bodies as necessary
*Dealing with third party payments
*Updating and reconciling third party and payroll excel workbooks

Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator with:

*Payroll Foundation Qualification.
*The ability to think on their feet, to problem solve and be a logical thinker.
*Excellent with Microsoft Office applications especially formulas and tables in Excel.
*Recent use of Sage 50 Payroll.
*Ability to do manual calculations of PAYE and NI.
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Good team-playing skills with sound organisational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
*Information collection, analysis and management.
