IT Lead - Help Desk, 1st & 2nd Line Support
SALARY: c.£25-30,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension.
Our Yorkshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now require an I.T. Help Desk Technician/Support/ Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line technical support for all internal users of computing and IT systems. This would involve answering support queries via remote assistance (phone, email) and face to face - To take ownership of user problems and be proactive and understanding when dealing with user's issues - ultimately provide help and advice to users of the I.T. services and be able to offer appropriate technical guidance and advice. You will be the IT support for the location with extra guidance and assistance provided by Head Office.
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a similar environment would be beneficial. The right candidate will possess;
*Active Directory administration
*Exchange 2010 administration
*Experience supporting Citrix
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
*Network trouble shooting
*TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN trouble shooting
*Windows server 2003/2008r2/2012/2016
*Windows Desktop 7/8/10
