JOB TITLE: Graduate Customer Services Executive
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £18,500
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 9am - 6pm Mon to Fri
MUST HAVES: For this role you must have a degree - some experience of customer services would be desirable.

The ROLE
The successful Customer Services Executive will be required to:
*Answer a range of complex customer queries.
*Problem solve by finding common issues and contributing to the design and thinking behind innovative technology-lead solutions.
*Be an upbeat and personable member of the team
*Deliver a service that customers will love!
*Pay rise after probation.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*You must have a degree (any subject).
*You must want to move forward with a career in customer operations.
*You will be interested in working for an ethical energy company.
*You will have great people skills with a personality that can be heard on the phone.
*Previous customer service experience is desirable although not essential.
*Highly motivated individual; a problem solver with excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
