JOB TITLE: Operations Coordinator/Contracts Administrator
JOB SUMMARY: To become an integral part of the operations team sourcing and purchasing materials for engineers, ensuring the smooth flow of repairs through the workshop side. This will include an element of stock control of workshop consumables and accurate updates of the work in progress. Input of electrical data and engineers job sheets which will require a high level of accuracy.

They are an Industrial Electrical Engineering company in Print, Recycling, Packaging, Manufacturing and Farming industries. They provide an outstanding service for their clients for Industrial Installations, breakdowns, repairs, refurbishments, testing and maintenance.

Due to continued expansion they now require an additional member of their team to assist with Coordinating the smooth flow of work through the Company, ensuring accurate updates of WIP. Other aspects of the role include;

*Input of electrical data
*Data entry of job sheets
*Speaking with Clients and gaining understanding of their requirements
*Prioritising work
*Liaising with electrical engineers
*Purchasing and sourcing materials
*Monitoring progress of repair jobs in workshop
*General Admin

This is anything but your normal admin role! Based in their busy office you will be the type of person who thrives in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities. You will need;

*Excellent admin skills essential
*Purchasing experience
*Good communication/telephone skills
*Data entry skills
*Experience in a small industrial, construction, engineering, electrical, contracting, service etc. environment would be advantageous
