Project Manager/Site Agent - Concrete Repair
LOCATION: Office in West London but Client works UK wide
SALARY: C. £40k (negotiable depending upon experience)& Bonus & Great Pension employer contributes 6%, 24 Days Holiday plus Statutory
The COMPANY
Established 50 years ago my client are a leading contractor within the construction and civil engineering industry. They have carved a niche specialising in in-situ reinforced concrete construction from concrete frames, including substructures and slipforming, to bridges and complex architectural features. Areas of specialisation include;
*Concrete repair
*Post tensioning
*Bridge maintenance and lifting
The ROLE
The successful Project Manager/Site Agent will be required to:
*Take responsibility for representing the Client with customers/main contractors
*Control all aspects of projects
*Internal liaison with design team
*Manage on site personnel
*Control H & S on projects
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Experience and knowledge of the Civils Industry
*Strong sales/business development experience within this vertical
*Proven track record in project/site/construction management
*Ideally knowledge of one of their key areas - Concrete repair, post tensioning or bridge maintenance and lifting
Basically you are responsible for getting the job done on budget and in time.
ALTERNATIVE JOB TITLES:
Site Manager, Site Engineer Post Tensioning, Project Manager - concrete repair, Project Engineer - Bridge Maintenance.
This role is UK based but you will need to regularly visit the Office which is commutable from:
