LOCATION: Scunthorpe
SALARY: £28-35K depending on experience - 25 Days holiday

Our Scunthorpe based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

They now require an experienced I.T. Lead (Help Desk Technician/Support/ Analyst) to provide 1st/2nd /3rd line technical support for all internal users of computing and IT systems. This would involve answering support queries via remote assistance (phone, email) and face to face - To take ownership of user problems and be proactive and understanding when dealing with user's issues - ultimately provide help and advice to users of the I.T. services and be able to offer appropriate technical guidance and advice. You will be the IT support for the location with extra guidance and assistance provided by Head Office.
In addition to this you will have a strategic element assuming responsibility for 3rd Party Management, disaster recovery planning and projects.

Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a similar environment would be beneficial. The right candidate will possess;
*Helpdesk experience
*TCP/IP networking
*CCTV Installation & Management
*Flexible approach - some out of hours cover will be required
*Active Directory administration
*Exchange 2010 administration
*Supplier/Contract Negotiations
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
*Network trouble shooting
*TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN trouble shooting
*Windows server 2012/2016
