Production Operative - Temp to Perm

SALARY: £9.16ph (equivalent of +£18K) + Overtime
CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary to Permanent
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now urgently require additional Process Operatives/Stacker to join their "double day" shift Corrugator team. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase from £9.16 by increments when taken on permanently and you successfully master new skills.
HOURS: Double Days - one week 6.00am - 2.00pm Mon - Thur & 6.00am - 12.00Noon Friday, next week 2.00pm - 10.00pm Mon - Thur & 12.00Noon - 6.00pm Fri

Permanent PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to £500, 23 days holiday rising to 25 in 2018 plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
