The ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Education Consultant for our Lincoln Office based at Bishop Grosseteste University in the Centre of Lincoln.
The successful Education Recruitment Consultant will be required to:
-Manage, retain, service and build a business within a geographical territory.
-Place education staff on day-to-day and long-term assignments.
-Provide first class customer service to clients and candidates alike.
-You will be supported by an experienced manager and a team of highly regarded professionals within the Education industry.

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience:
-The successful applicant will be tenacious, resilient, and great at forming new relationships.
-You will have proven experience within the recruitment industry, preferably within recruitment.
-The ability to multitask and to build rapport instantly.
-Professional, driven and determined.
-Sense of humour, lots of energy and determination.
