Purchase Ledger Assistant
SALARY: c.£21,000 & attractive package
Our Northamptonshire based client is a market leading manufacturer turning over in excess of £100M. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now require a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and related paperwork. Duties will include;
*Scanning of goods received notes/proofs of delivery
*Dealing with supplier invoices
*Preparation of invoices for processing
*Process scanned supplier invoices on SAP system
*Reconciliation of goods received notes or proofs of delivery to subsequent invoices received
*Reconciliation of purchase ledger balances to supplier statements
*Preparation of monthly Intrastat reports
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career possessing the following skill set;
*Purchase Ledger experience
*Understanding of a manufacturing environment
*ERP/SAP system knowledge
*Strong Admin skills and attention to detail
*Good computer skills
