Field Sales Executive

JOB TITLE: Field Sales Executive
JOB SUMMARY: Field Sales position, calling on schools in Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and West London
SALARY: £18,000 Basic (Over £30K with commission, uncapped)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVES: Previous field sales experience
Our client is one of the largest School Photographers in the country with a customer base of over 2200 educational establishments. They have their own digital processing laboratory; they were established in 1965, have over 100 staff and they cover the whole country.
The successful Field Sales candidate will be required to:
*Calling on new schools in Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and West London.
*You will work from home and go to approx. eight visits a day.
*In this role you should earn in the region of £10K - £14K commission. This can be more as it is uncapped. First year may be less as you build a pipeline up.
*Calling on existing customer base (approx. 200 schools) making courtesy calls focussing on customer retention.
*Appropriately challenge objections, ensuring our products and services presented in a positive manner.
*Listening to customer requirements and propose satisfactory solutions to customer and business.
*Plan and organise work schedule to maximum effect
*Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
*The client will provide a company vehicle such as Vauxhall Astra that is fully expensed except for private mileage, or a car allowance if the successful candidate would prefer to use their own vehicle.
*There is a minimum of 6 weeks holiday per year, and as this position involves calling on schools this includes the month of August, and the Christmas and Easter periods. Various half terms may be included but this is not always guaranteed these depending on the business requirements. Due to the working patterns of the business, all annual leave must be taken within the school holidays.

*A driving licence
*Highly Motivated, not fazed by rejection proactive, and have a drive to succeed
