The ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to build your own team to service an already bulging Client base. Previously Clients have been dealt with from their East Midlands HQ, however, with the volume of work thy have this is no longer practical! The right candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing a small team of Building Surveyors in addition to managing their own projects.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate possessing the desire to further develop their career within a Building Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering practice. The right person will have the following experience:

*Strong academic background within a relevant discipline
*Relevant industry experience
*Possess Chartered Building Surveyor status
*Good knowledge of current building standards, analysis and codes of practice
*Experience working on complex buildings insurance claims
*Strong project management skills
*Enthusiastic and self-motivated
