The COMPANY
Our Somerset based client is one of the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. With a group turnover of over £100m they have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service.

The ROLE
The successful Administrator will be required to do the following tasks:
*Raise authorised orders via SAP for all departments.
*Unpack deliveries and process documentation.
*Data entry, record keeping and administrative duties.
*Dealing with goods inwards.
*Liaising with suppliers by telephone, email and in person.
*Checking incoming invoices and delivery tickets.
*Liaise with accounts payable on any queries.
*Stores and stock management.
*Transferring stock to stores areas and storing as necessary.
*May be required to work shifts outside of normal hours to support the needs of the business.
*Documentation traceable and correct.
*Maintain stores and stock to acceptable level.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Administration applicants with the following experience and attributes:

*Administration experience within a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
*Experience of SAP would be an advantage
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Knowledge of filing systems
*Ideally you will be good with numbers, be able to self-manage your workload and be a problem solver.
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
*Methodical approach to work
*Excellent organisation skills
*A great team player
*A desire to show initiative
*Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
