JOB TITLE: I.T. Help Desk Support Analyst / Technician

LOCATION: Wellington
SALARY: £23-25,000
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to £500, 23 days holiday rising to 25 in 2018 plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.

The COMPANY
Our Somerset based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
Due to an internal promotion they now require an I.T. Help Desk Technician/Support/ Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line technical support for all internal users of computing and IT systems. This would involve answering support queries via remote assistance (phone, email) and face to face - To take ownership of user problems and be proactive and understanding when dealing with user's issues - ultimately provide help and advice to users of the I.T. services and be able to offer appropriate technical guidance and advice.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a similar environment would be beneficial. The right candidate will possess;
*Helpdesk experience
*Active Directory administration
*Exchange 2010 administration
*Experience supporting Citrix
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
*Network trouble shooting
*TCP/IP and general WAN/ LAN trouble shooting
*Windows server 2003/2008r2/2012/2016
*VMWare
*Windows Desktop 7/8/10
