JOB TITLE: Assistant Buyer/Purchaser

LOCATION: Kettering
SALARY: £20-22,000 Dependent on experience
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to £500, 23 days holiday rising to 25 in 2018 plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.

They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
Due to internal promotion they now require an Assistant Buyer to join their team. Working as a part of a team you will be trained to;
*Ordering raw material - predominantly paper
*Stock analysis
*Supplier management
*Price negotiation
*Using ERP/SAP system carry out associated admin
*Deal with supplier invoice queries

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a similar role would be advantageous as would;
*Good standard of education
*Buying experience
*ERP/SAP system knowledge
*Skilled at dealing with external suppliers
