Account Executive - Telecoms
SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £90,000 - £100,000)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVE: You do not have to be from a telecoms background. However you will need to be from a quality business to business field sales background selling in a structured needs and benefits based manner. Examples could be advertising or digital sales. At least 2-3 year experience.
Our client provide high bandwidth telecoms services for companies in Europe and Asia. Customers include18 of the top 25 bank and diversified financial groups and 19 out of the top 25 companies in both global media and telecoms industries. They have over 5000 employees.
The successful sales candidate will be required to:
*Be comfortable that this is a 100% new business position.
*Provide market leading connectivity solutions to your clients. This could be voice, data or network services.
You will have a full two week training course on product training, plus ongoing training and support.
An excellent package and very realistic commission is offered to the right candidate.
Our client is looking for strong sales applicants with the following experience:
*You will not necessarily come from a telecoms background.
*You will need at least 2-3 years of field sales experience with a structured sales process and the ability to find needs through open questioning and sell benefits accordingly. This could include advertising, digital and IT sales.
*A willingness to challenge the status quo
*Be Comfortable with pace, change, innovation and decision making
*High degree of business acumen with ability to communicate up to board level
*Self-motivated and hungry.
