FLT Driver/Warehouse - Double Days
ALTERNATIVE JOB TITLES: Counter Balance Driver, Warehouse FLT, Factory Worker, Machine Operative, Process Worker
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £17,000/£7.85ph. - 8.18ph. D.O.E. (increasing to rising when fully trained) + Overtime
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to £500, 23 days holiday rising to 25 in 2018 plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: Earlies one week then lates (6.00pm - 2.00pm /2.00pm - 10.00pm Mon - Friday)
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now additional Multi-Skilled Operative/FLT Driver to join their team. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for moving pallets using a counter balance fork-lift truck, putting stock away etc. in addition to this you will be trained to use the production machinery and become a truly multi-skilled operative. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate can increase from £7.85 to £8.18 then by increments, the next one being £9.39, as you successfully master new skills.
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a warehouse or production environment and experience driving a counterbalance FLT is essential - as is a commitment to good Health & Safety practice.
