Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Process Operatives to join their team. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase with training relatively quickly to £8.77 then incrementally, the next stage being £9.57 which can be achieved within a further six months as you successfully master new skills, with further increases to work towards after that.
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be advantageous.
