JOB TITLE: Senior IT Technical Consultant

SALARY: c.£45,000 (d.o.e) + car/car allowance + Package

Our client is has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They offer a proactive and bespoke service includes a mix of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support that give your users the help they need; whether it's fully outsourced IT support or supplementary help for an in-house team

The ROLE
The successful Technical Consultant/Senior IT Field Service Engineer will be required to:
*Be the IT Manager for a small portfolio of Key Clients.
*Deliver Technical Support
*Create the IT roadmap for your accounts
*Manage quarterly review meetings with all clients
*Build and develop strong on-going relationships within your portfolio
*Be commercially aware and promote the companies services/offering to clients

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an outstanding Technical Consultant with previous experience of working for an IT outsourcing organisation and possessing the following skill set:
*VMWare VCP
*Veeam
*Hyper V
*Citrix
*Configure and support SAN's
*Cisco knowledge
*Office 365
*Advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft server hardware and software including Exchange
*Firewalls, Antivirus and Backup expertise
*Business case / proposal preparation and report writing
