JOB TITLE: Advertising Executive

SALARY: £22,500 + Bonus (£25K OTE) + Package
The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client, established over a century ago and employing in excess of 400 people, is a globally recognised brand within the equine industry with an enviable reputation for their integrity and professionalism. With a unique business model they have a website that drives traffic of some of the most affluent people in the country - in addition to well established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual traditional media publications with a steadily increasing circulation taken by top end demographics (A & B).
The ROLE
An interesting and challenging role has arisen and my Client now has the need for a professional internal sales executive to take responsibility for strategically developing their advertising revenue streams;
*Research potential vertical markets and Clients
*Proactively call potential advertisers
*Coordinate sales campaigns
*Account manage Customers
*Carry out occasional client visits if you deem them necessary
The CANDIDATE
This is not your stereotypical telesales role and as such the right candidate must appreciate the value of excellent customer service which is the foundation of our Client's business. Other skills will include;
*Business to business sales experience
*Strong account management
*An excellent telephone manner
*The ability to quickly build rapport and empathy
*Astute commercial understanding
*Good standard of education
*Ability to take charge of your own business
*The desire to forge a career within a company you will be proud to work for
