JOB TITLE: Compliance Assistant

LOCATION: Selby
SALARY: c. £24K pro-rata + 23 Days holiday
CONTRACT TYPE: Maternity cover - guaranteed a minimum of 9 months
HOURS: 24 hours a week. Ideally 8.00am. to 4.00pm. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

The ROLE
Due to Maternity Leave, a Compliance Assistant is required to help the Quality Manager maintain standards in line with the requirements of BRC and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Standard) - to successfully do this you will be required to carry out regular internal audits and proactively assist with training and development of the staff.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an experienced Compliance Assistant who can maintain the culture of excellence within the organisation. The right candidate will possess;
*Experience of BRC, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
*Comfortable dealing with external auditors.
*Aptitude to inspire and train colleagues.
*Fully conversant with the Microsoft office package.
