JOB TITLE: Gas/HVAC Development Engineer
JOB SUMMARY: To be a key member of the R&D department, to bring through new products in the residential heating and ventilation markets.
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £25,000 to £30,000pa
MUST HAVES: HND or City & Guilds qualification in plumbing, mechanical or electrical engineering; Familiarity with operation of gas appliances; A background within the gas industry is desirable
The COMPANY
My client are a market leader in providing energy efficient heating and ventilation solutions for domestic and commercial settings.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Bring through new products for the residential heating and ventilation markets
*Work with test rigs to carry out testing of new products and parts
*Carry out occasional site visits
*Work with third party organisations to achieve European Standards and CE Markings
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*HND or City & Guilds qualification in plumbing, mechanical or electrical engineering
*Familiarity with operation of gas appliances
*A background within the gas industry is desirable
*Strong IT skills
*Confident communicator
