JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive
JOB SUMMARY: To build a constant pipeline of potential suitable clients

LOCATION: High Wycombe
SALARY: Circa £20,000pa + uncapped commission structure (realistic first year OTE £30-40k)

The COMPANY
Our client is has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They offer a proactive and bespoke service includes a mix of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support that give your users the help they need; whether it's fully outsourced IT support or supplementary help for an in-house team

The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Obtaining & updating prospect information
*Researching/preparing for any prospecting activity within agreed guidelines
*Prequalifying prospects against company criteria
*Explaining products/services & answer prospect's questions
*Recording sales, reactions of prospects
*Following up initial sales contacts by letter
*Maintaining records our always kept up to date
*Scheduling appointments for Consultants to meet with prospective clients
*Confirming meeting details, purpose & objectives prior to the appointment
*Conducting client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential clients
*Attending relevant monthly regional office team meetings, & drive referral activity through all team members.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Service selling experience
*IT industry enthusiasm
*Experience of:
oappointment generation ideally for IT Services
osuccessfully developing & maintaining relationships
oproducing reports & presenting data
ocommunicating with client
*Evidence of successfully gathering & documenting client requirements
*A professional telephone manner
*Active listening skills
*Effective communication skills
*A proactive & motivated approach to customer service
*The ability to identify opportunities & leads
