Helpdesk/2nd Line IT Support
SALARY: Up to £25,000 dependent on experience + £5,000 car allowance
Our client has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They provide a proactive and bespoke service, including a mixture of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support, designed to offer both corporate and SME businesses the appropriate level of back-up that is required.
The successful IT Support Technician will be embedded in one of their Key Accounts required to:
*Log, manage, escalate where appropriate and resolve client issues. Carry out the next step agreement of call-backs and post-call closure to provide the highest levels of service.
*Providing support for +400 users across our Clients 13 sites.
*Daily communication with senior management.
*Identify added-value services for clients.
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk applicant with the following experience:
*A proven track record in second line IT support.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/server administration.
*Use of server monitoring tools.
*Ability to resolve backup and Antivirus issues.
*Sound questioning and troubleshooting skills.
*Server Virtualisation experience.
*Excellent communication skills with real customer focus.
*Full UK driving licence
