The ROLE
The Temporary Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of all purchasing requirements. Duties will include;
* Admin support i.e. typing on Purchase Orders, updating relevant spread sheets
* Liaising with supply chain on a daily basis
* Placing Purchase Orders
* Chasing suppliers to achieve On Time Delivery
* To assist Purchasing Manager to procure materials
The CANDIDATE
The successful Temporary Purchasing Assistant will be a professional who enjoys working in a busy fast paced role. The right candidate will have;
* Admin experience
* Good Excel
* Team player
* Own transport - my Client is based in a rural location
* Available for an immediate start
£15ph working 8.30am to 5.00pm from the Client's office
Immediate start until end of January 2025
