The COMPANY
Our client is an independent company who have carved themselves a niche supplying/designing powertrain components (exhausts, and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers. Their reputation and expertise is such that many of the most prestigious manufactures utilise their services. We are proud to be an integral part of our client's continuing success.
The ROLE
As a Design Engineer you will based within a supportive team environment at their Engineering and Administration office in Daventry. Structured training and ongoing mentoring will be provided alongside the opportunity to be involved in challenging and interesting projects - providing specialist design input using Catia V5 into automotive projects.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following skills:
*Experience of using CATIA V5 CAD CAM 3D design software
*Good engineering knowledge
*Degree preferred, but consideration will be given to time served Apprentice/HNC/HND qualified people with relevant experience.
*Component design and development experience.
*A good communicator and able to work on your own initiative.
*It is essential that you are a team player with a "can do" attitude.
