Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of outsourcing services across the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee Field Sales Executives in the South West of the country.

The ROLE
The successful Regional Sales Manager will be required to do the following:

* People management of your Field Sales team
* Responsibility for recruitment, inductions and ongoing training of your team
* Motivate your team to achieve their targets - regular field accompaniments and 1 to 1 meetings

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Regional Sales Managers with experience of leading a team of Field Sales Executives selling B2B into SMEs.
