JOB TITLE: Building Services Engineer / Design Engineer
JOB SUMMARY: To work with the wider Design Team and guide the design process for a wide range of M&E projects in a multi-discipline consultancy.
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: £DOE + package
MUST HAVES: Minimum of five years' experience in M&E design; knowledge of other building/architectural design such as acoustics, facades, lighting, and low-to-zero carbon technologies.
The COMPANY
My client are a Multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy and specialist land remediation contractor; specialising in major infrastructure projects and landmark buildings. Working in a wide range of industries such as commercial, manufacturing, logistics, retail and residential for a wide range of end users.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Offer expertise in building M&E design
*Work collaboratively with the wider Design Team
*Guide the design development
*Liaise with clients and other stakeholders with key decisions
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Five years' experience in M&E, Building Services or Architectural Design role
*Relevant degree in design
*Strong knowledge of building services, M&E, acoustics, facades, lighting, and low-to-zero carbon technologies.
*Experience of design role within a multi-disciplined consultancy
*Experience of design in multiple sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail and residential.
