Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator
CONTRACT TYPE: One Year (strong possibility of extension)
HOURS: 37.50 hours a week
MUST HAVES: A proven track record of New Homes property sales.
Our client is a charity providing care, accommodation and support services for older people throughout Britain. Established for 70 years, our client has over 7,000 staff and delivers a range of quality services to 16,000 individuals. This includes care homes and retirement apartments.
This is a site based post, working within the sales office jointly with a co-worker. The successful candidate will be required to:
*Promote and sell 47 one and two bedroom apartments
*Sell a mixture of assisted living new property with 24 hour staffing/emergency response, chaplaincy support, social programme and full domestic support.
*Receive calls from and arrange visits for potential purchasers.
*Act as personal contact to all potential purchasers.
*Produce written weekly sales progress reports and action taken.
*Assist and support buyers with their move.
*Travel and overnight stays will be required every quarter, to attend National Sales Meetings which are located throughout the country, together with other travelling that may be required from time to time.
*Cover required on other days to cover holidays and sickness, paid at the hourly rate
Our client is looking for strong Sales people with the following experience:
*Extensive and proven track record of New Homes property sales.
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Confident and approachable
*Car owner (desirable)
*Able to work alone and on own initiative
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel)
*Knowledge of issues affecting older people
