SALARY: £23,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience + Car + Rail Season Ticket
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVE: A minimum of two years in the managed print services industry
The COMPANY
Our client offers print and document management solutions. They work hard to understand key business drivers and use this knowledge to tailor bespoke solutions which help control cost and improve workflow efficiency.
The ROLE
The successful Service Engineer will be directly supporting clients printing requirements and equipment at their premises providing unrivalled support levels at all times:
*Repairing and servicing equipment in a professional manner,
*Achieving a high first time fix rate and a low recall percentage
*Following servicing schedules and highlighting problem machines
*Install and network devices and software
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Field Sales applicants with the following:
*Experience in a similar role
*Professional and friendly manner
*"Can do" attitude
*Take pride and ownership in their work
