Field Sales
LOCATION: Market Harborough
SALARY: £30,000 Basic (+ excellent commission)
The COMPANY
Our client is a distribution company based in Northamptonshire. Our client has established an enviable service reputation in the haulage industry with the capability of supplying over the whole of the UK using flexible pallet delivery options.
The ROLE
The successful Field Sales Executive will be required to do the following:
* Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at expanding the business share in the general haulage sector which clearly demonstrates a strategy for growth within the business.
* Develop stronger relationships and grow business within the existing customer base.
* Face-to-face customer visits, both existing and new.
* Lead generation through relationship selling processes and prospecting for new business to encompass recycling feedstock, general haulage, and pallet networks.
* Forecast, track and report on sales metrics and performance.
* Attending industry events and trade shows to represent the company and build our brand presence.
* Take an active part in management meetings with the aim of contributing to the development of future company objectives.
CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Field Sales Consultant with the following experience and attributes:
* Industrial B2B sales experience preferred although not essential.
* B2B field sales experience.
* A proactive and results orientated individual.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathise and influence.
* Ability and confidence in cold calling and showing creativity in selling the services of the business.
* Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
