JOB TITLE: Customer Services Advisor

HOURS: 09.00 - 17.00

The COMPANY
Our client is a very well established and well known supplier of stationary products to businesses around the World. They are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to deal with their increasing client portfolio,

The ROLE
The successful Customer Services Advisor will be required to do the following:
*Manage the day to day requirements of the customer, including processing of orders from start to finish.
*General office administration as required.
*Liaising and working with relevant Account Managers.
*Liaising and working with Planning/Production & Logistics in relation to deliveries and lead-times.
*Understand customer needs and requirements, producing various reports where needed.
*Maintain internal databases with customer information and pricing.
*Support our stock buying team with accurate forecasting data, gathered from historic sales, customer sales out and customer forecasts.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Customer service applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*Proven inside sales account management experience.
*Inside account management experience.
*Experience with major retailers or wholesalers for office products preferred but not essential.
*Sage 200 experience preferable but not essential
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills, internally and externally
*Strong listening skills
*Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office
*Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
