Our client has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They provide a proactive and bespoke service, including a mixture of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support, designed to offer both corporate and SME businesses the appropriate level of back-up that is required.

This is a dynamic and diverse role which will require the successful Helpdesk Supervisor to:

*Manage calls, ensuring assigned to relevant team members.
*Take responsibility for escalated client IT support requests.
*Liaise with Clients to ensure issues are dealt with to their satisfaction.
*Identify any root issues.
*Carry out the next step agreement of call-backs and post-call closure to provide the highest levels of service.
*Identify added-value services for clients.

Our client is looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk applicant with the following experience:

*A proven track record in second line IT support.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/server administration.
*Use of server monitoring tools.
*Advanced 365 administration experience.
*Ability to resolve backup and Antivirus issues.
*Sound questioning and troubleshooting skills.
*Firewall skills, they use WatchGuard but not essential.
*Server Virtualisation experience - VMWare and HyperV.
*Ideally with some qualifications (eg. MCSA, VCP, Citrix)
*Excellent communication skills with real customer focus.
