JOB TITLE: Service Team Co-ordinator

The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation . They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require a Service Team Co-ordinator to be responsible for collating the work of the Service Team.
Your role will include;
* Prioritise service jobs
* Ensure all relevant documentation is completed
* Support the Service team with sourcing parts, arranging logistics, quotations, etc.
* Liaise with customers
* Manage the Service Engineers diaries
* General admin for the service division

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player who takes pride in doing a job well. You must be able to demonstrate;
* Good organisational skills
* Admin experience
* Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
* Take pride in your work
* Ideally you will have worked with an ERP system

SALARY: Depending on experience
PACKAGE: Employer Pension Scheme (4%), 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays, Life Assurance/Death In Service - 4 x Annual Salary, etc.
