The COMPANY
Our client is a very well established international manufacturer of packaging products. They operate all over Europe where they have multiple sites in ten countries including four in the UK. Our client is currently looking for a customer service advisor at their Leeds site.
The ROLE
The successful Customer Services Advisor will be required to do the following:
* Book orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
* Raise customer estimates for commercial approval.
* To establish and maintain solid working relationships with customers by understanding their specific needs.
* Liaising with Key Account Managers to ensure smooth running of customer Accounts.
* Assist in the resolution of customer complaints.
* Prepare monthly performance and account statistics.
* Carry out general office administration tasks as required.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Customer service applicants with the following experience and attributes:
* Proven experience of working in customer services or sales.
* A very organised team player with a genuine interest and a willingness to learn.
* An excellent relationship builder.
* Able to exercise judgement when dealing with a range of customers and colleagues.
* An ability to multitask whilst remaining organised and efficient.
* Knowledge of a range of software programs, including Outlook and Access, including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
* Good level of GCSE English and Maths.
