Field Sales - Plumbing & Heating
The Client
Our Client is a well established distributor of air source and ground source heat pumps, plus associated pipe and fixings, primarily to the trade/contractors. During the last two decades they have gained an enviable reputation for both the quality of their source heat pumps and after-sales service. This has been achieved by offering solutions that match their customers requirements and backing that up with market leading technical support.
The ROLE
Due to continued growth they now require a dynamic Business Development Manager to sell their range of renewable energy products/components and assist their strategic growth plans in this quickly expanding market.
Covering the UK from their West Midlands base the successful candidate will be required to:
* Drive growth from existing accounts
* Gain specification for source heat pumps from developers, architects and end users
* Develop and strengthen relationships with contractors & installers
* Manage Key Account relationships
* Use your commercial and technical acumen to develop new markets & identify additional products
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
* Field sales experience
* Experience of selling via distribution to the trade/specifiers
* Demonstrable history of success in growing sales
* Understanding of heating/plumbing/renewables/underfloor heating, etc.
Location: Based in West Midlands covering the UK
