The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire-based client is a very well established and sizeable major manufacturer of packaging products. They have 6,400 employees in 70 locations across 20 countries

The ROLE
The successful Internal Account Advisor / Customer Services Advisor will be required to do the following:
* Responsible for general administration and maintenance of HR files HRIS databases and records databases and records.
* Prepare and coordinate all new hire documentation, including Right to Work checks.
* Create adhoc and correspondence regarding the employee life cycle (starters, leavers, changes).
* Guides employees and managers on routine HR queries, with awareness and understanding of HR policies and procedures - escalating as required.
* Maintain holiday and sickness absence records and data.
* Assist HR colleagues with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
* Creates presentations and reports on HR metrics.
* Support with recruitment related activities, including arranging interviews and emailing relevant correspondence.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong HR Administrator with the following experience and attributes:
* An experienced Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave
* Experience of working in a HR department is advantageous.
* Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret data.
* Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Good general education with minimum GCSE C or equivalent in English and Maths.
