Infrastructure Support Analyst
LOCATION: High Wycombe
SALARY: c.£40,000 dependent on skills and experience.

Our client has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They provide a proactive and bespoke service, including a mixture of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support, designed to offer SME businesses the appropriate level of back-up that is required.
The successful Infrastructure Support Analyst will be based at one of their flagship clients providing support and management of their core IT infrastructure:
*Manage on-going projects, such as backup and disaster recovery.
*Recommend and implement new projects.
*Develop key stakeholder relationships.
*Identify added-value services for clients.
*Provide immediate support on-site for business critical servers, networking and applications
*Create and update the IT roadmap
Our client is looking for a skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst applicant with the following experience:
*Microsoft Server Operating Systems configuration and troubleshooting
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/server administration, specifically Exchange 2007/2010 and Office 365
*Microsoft Powershell scripting
*VMware Server Virtualisation experience.
*Excellent communication skills with real customer focus.
