JOB TITLE: Health and Safety Consultant/Trainer
JOB SUMMARY: To deliver effective and professional health and safety services including training (including NEBOSH Diploma Course), advice and guidance

LOCATION: Warwick
SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000pa
MUST HAVES: Level 5 safety qualification, GradIOSH, strong background in consulting/training role

The COMPANY
Our client is a leading trade guild who have around a quarter of UK manufacturers as members. They offer business services and support as well as acting as a lobbying voice to the Government.

The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Design and deliver open and in-house health & safety training programmes to ensure business needs and examination targets are met
* Deliver NEBOSH Diploma Courses
* Provide a high quality health & safety consultancy service to members and clients
* Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing member and clients
* Continually promote business and it's services

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
* GradIOSH (as minimum)
* Hold a level safety 5 qualification (Diploma or NVQ) or have level 4 qualification and strong experience in consultant role
* Superb technical knowledge and skills gained through CPD
* Knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering industry (desired)
* Experienced in delivering NEBOSH Diploma Course
* Minimum of five years' experience within health and safety
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage at all levels
* Self-motivated
* Passionate about safety and development of others
* Flexible to needs of the business
