JOB TITLE: Business Development Officer/Field sales - Plastic Recycling

The COMPANY
Our client is an innovative and successful plastic recycling company with a history of success throughout Europe. We are proud to be helping them with their ongoing expansion within the UK.

The ROLE
We are now searching for a passionate and ethical Business Development Manager to build on their ongoing success.
The successful Business Development Manager/Field Sales Consultant will be required to do the following:

* A split of account management and new business development.
* Identify customers with a volume of plastic waste.
* Quality checking materials in person and assessing commercial viability prior to offering to market.
* Offering clients the best solution to deal with their scrap plastic waste. The customers get paid for their waste.
* Negotiating and liaising with sales, logistics teams, and suppliers in order to close a profitable deal.
* This is a home working role with occasional trips to the Head Office.
* Excellent earning potential!

The CANDIDATE
You will need to be an experienced and successful Business Development Manager/salesperson possessing the following skills and attributes:

* Demonstrable b2b field sales success in both new business and account management.
* Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities.
* Passion for matching and exceeding customer expectations.
* Experience of selling a solution/service.
* Experience of working in the plastics/Recycling industry is not essential.
* An ethical approach to business.
* An inquiring and persistent mind.

SALARY: £37,000 - £45,000 basic (£65,000 OTE uncapped)
