The ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Building Surveyor to forward your career servicing a bulging Client base, predominantly in the high/ultra net worth Insurance sector. Based in North Wales/Cheshire you will be tasked with;


*Project management of building projects, typically £250K-£500K
*Providing complex survey and structural investigations,
*Building adaptation/party wall
*CDM advice
*Expert witness services
*Provide surveying consultancy services on wide range of, primarily residential and commercial buildings, in all forms of materials


The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate possessing the desire to further develop their career within a Building Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering practice. The right person will have the following experience:

*Experienced Building Surveyor
*Strong academic background
*Relevant industry experience - building repair and refurb
*Good knowledge of current building standards, analysis and codes of practice
*Experience of working to deadlines/within budgets on large scale projects
*Strong project management skills
*A sense of humour
*Enthusiastic and self-motivated
