The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established not for profit trust. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee a team and to manage crucial changes in their business.

The ROLE
The Customer Service Manager will be required to:
*Work on a 6-month contract. There is a very good possibility of this job becoming permanent.
*A strategic role overseeing a small customer service team and a Team Leader.
*Recruit the team in Lincoln. A team is currently in place in Oxford - the department is moving to Lincoln, so a new team will need to be established.
*Managing the customer services team performance and achievements through setting clear objectives and close monitoring of KPI delivery.
*Monitor and provide reports on daily, weekly and monthly occupancy performance, call volumes, enquiry levels and sales pipeline conversion.
*Identify and support initiatives for service improvement.
*Ensure team have buy in with Salesforce which is a new system for our client.
*Once you are settled, THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - WORK FROM HOME THREE DAYS A WEEK.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Customer Service Manager candidate with the following skills and experience:

*Proven success as a Customer Service Manager.
*Have a project /change management mentality. You will be establishing a team, ensuring that all leads, enquiries, call activity, conversion figures, and monitoring are effective - so you will need to be very comfortable with collating, analysing, influencing, and driving through change.
*A good man manager.
*Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
*Proficient with MS Office especially MS Excel and Powerpoint.
*Excellent communication skills.
