Trainee Graduate Technical Estimator - Electrical/Solar/Renewables
Location: Nhants
Salary: c.£25K & Quarterly Bonus & Private Health Care

The COMPANY
Our engineering client has been at the forefront of renewable energy technology for nearly fifty years, they are a market leader in the design and manufacture of wind and solar systems. They have gained an enviable reputation for both quality and after-sales service.

The ROLE
Due to a planned retirement in Q4 they now require a Trainee Graduate Technical Estimator. This role is mainly dealing with contractor and distributor enquiries at the beginning of a project regarding;
1.Wind turbines used to charge batteries in remote locations
2.Solar for both commercial and domestic use

The successful candidate will be required to:

*Assume responsibility for pricing the project
*Assess feasibility and give technical advice of projects
*Liaise closely with specifier/wholesalers/contractor throughout the process
*Provide excellent customer service
*Generate technically and commercially correct quotations


The CANDIDATE

*Excellent communication skills
*Electrical Engineering knowledge is essential
*Able to work effectively without close supervision
*Possess good organisational & IT skills
