JOB TITLE: Independent Financial Advisor
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 pa (+ excellent commission)
MUST HAVES: Previous IFA experience with a client base is essential. Good pension and occupational transfer knowledge is highly desirable.
The COMPANY
Our client is a highly profitable progressive IFA group of companies with 15 regional offices, and over 60 qualified advisors
The ROLE
The successful IFA will:
*Provide impartial financial advice on a personal and corporate level.
*Enjoy the support of a group that invests in your development.
*Build your business within an existing business framework.
*In addition to your own accounts you will be given a generous pool of existing accounts.
*Be able to earn significant bonuses on top of your guaranteed salary of £40,000 - £50,000.
*23 days holiday rising incrementally to 30 after 10 years
*Company pension scheme, 5% rising to 7.5% matched; DISB 4x, IP, PMI
*Voluntary CRI and Dental schemes
*Full Paraplanning and Administration support
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Financial Advisor applicants with the following experience:
*Experience as an Independent Financial Advisor
*Competent Adviser Status
*Minimum Diploma level 4 qualification
*Pension experience with AF3 or G60 qualifications highly desirable
*Demonstrate the ability to generate opportunities with your existing clients and develop new clients and referral business through a network of Introducers (e.g. Accountants and Solicitors).
*A successful track record of producing business revenue from third party referral sources, in addition to personal recommendations
*Hungry to earn significant salary.
