JOB SUMMARY: To be in charge of a branch of an IT support team including helpdesk staff, Field Service Technicians and an Administrator
LOCATION: Oxford
SALARY: up to £40,000 + benefits + car
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

MUST HAVES: Previous managerial experience within an IT environment with strong client management, new business and motivational skills.

The COMPANY
Our client is has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They offer a proactive and bespoke service includes a mix of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support that give your users the help they need; whether it's fully outsourced IT support or supplementary help for an in-house team

The ROLE
This role is mission critical and will combine your strong Client Management, and Motivational skills. The successful Operations Manager will be required to:
*Manage four Technical Consultants, two IT Helpdesk staff, and an administrator with responsibility for their career development and support.
*Full P&L responsibilities for the office.
*Manage the retention and growth of existing clients.
*Ensure that services are delivered to company and client requirements.
*Ensure that the helpdesk service meets quality and process standards.
*Build a trusted relationships with key identified stakeholders within major accounts.
*Conduct review meetings with key clients.
*Identification and delivery of targeted revenue growth opportunities.
*Reviewing client feedback reports monthly and planning remedial action.
*Ensure clients benefit from demonstrable value delivery.
*Ensure CRM is up-to-date.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Operation Manager applicants with the following experience:
*Minimum 36 months in an account management or Service Delivery Role.
*Well-developed people management skills
*An understanding of the technology sector and some appreciation of technical solutions.
*A great communicator verbally and written.
*Able to influence client stakeholders at all levels and generate revenue.
*Confident in dealing with Client dissatisfaction and re-building relationships.
*Able to analyse client feedback and plan improvements.
*A full clean driving licence
*Passionate about retaining clients
*Professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic, friendly and personable.
*Commercially astute.
