Our client is already a well established Global manufacturer of combustion equipment to the petrochemical industry selling products, systems and site services worldwide. Their market leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional Administrator to join a successful & expanding organisation. Due to continued planned growth they now require an experienced Office Manager to work closely with the Director assisting the Aftermarket team in all their admin duties. The scope of this role will include;
*PA duties for the Director
*Preparation of various monthly reports
*Arranging travel requirements
*Deal with Clients, ensuring all enquires are professionally dealt with
*Organise and maintain admin systems with Office
The right candidate will be an intelligent and dynamic individual who wants to develop their career further within this progressive organisation;
*Essential that commercially astute as you will be first point of contact for Clients
*Great MS Office Skills - Word/Excel/Power-point
*Excellent team player and motivator
*Confident and Assertive, with "Can Do" attitude
