JOB TITLE: Customer Service Manager
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
Our Northamptonshire-based client is a very well established and sizeable major manufacturer of packaging products. They turnover £80m and have four sites in the UK.
The successful Customer Services Manager candidate will be required to do the following:
*Manage a team of 20 Customer Service Agents developing their skills and effectiveness both as individuals and as a team.
*Manage the day to day Customer Service Operation
*Be the conduit between production, planning at four manufacturing sites.
*Develop and execute a strategy for the customer service department which will see our client enhance its position as the 'Supplier of Choice' for customers with service intensive requirements and who place value upon flexibility, professionalism and reliability within their supplier base.
*Recruit, select and train customer service agents.
Our client is looking for strong Customer Service Manager applicants with the following experience:
*Minimum of five years' experience of customer services in a manufacturing industry (ideally packaging, supplying into the FMCG market).
*Management of stock systems within an ERP driven sales environment.
*Ability to make decisions under pressure during busy seasonal periods
*Good core IT skills.
*Strong Leadership skills with vision, strategic thinking, planning skills, the ability to delegate, coaching abilities, and personal organisation.
