SALARY: £22,000 - £24,000, 23 Days Holiday, Healthcare Scheme, etc.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 08:30 - 17:00 Mon-Fri, PLUS One Saturday a month 08.30 - 16.00
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. The Customer Service Team is central to this success.
The successful Internal Account Advisor / Customer Services Advisor will be required to take responsibility for managing relationships with Clients;
*Liaising with Key Account Managers to ensure smooth running of Customer Accounts.
*Carry out all associated admin including; Booking orders, agreeing lead times, complaints, new enquiries, stock control and forecasting, product sample requests, dealing with artwork, ordering, etc.
*Establish and maintain solid working relationships with Customers by understanding their specific needs.
*Proactively inform Customers on shorts & non-deliveries & deal with appropriately.
*Use of varying internal systems.
*Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Planning, Production, Logistics, Graphics, Structural, Estimating, Technical & Management.
*Monitoring stock levels for Customers.

*Customer Services experience within a B2B (business to business) environment.

*Excellent prioritisation skills - in a busy environment you will be continually dealing with Clients and hence your priorities may change.

*Ability to exercise judgement when dealing with a range of customers and colleagues.
