Counterbalance FLT Driver - Days
SALARY: £18,000/£9.00ph. D.O.E. (increasing when fully trained - reviewed after 3 months) + Overtime
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to £500, 23 days holiday rising to 25 in 2018 plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent with Client from day one
HOURS: Earlies one week then lates ; 6.00am - 2.00pm/2.00pm - 10.00pm Mon - Thur, 6.00am - 12.00Noon/12.00Noon - 6.00pm Fri
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now additional Multi-Skilled Operative/FLT Driver to join their Corrugator team. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for moving pallets using a counter balance fork-lift truck, putting stock away, getting the raw materials to production. As such you will need to be a skilled FLT Driver who is proactive and highly motivated. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate can quickly increase from £9.00 to £10.00.
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a warehouse or production environment and experience driving a counterbalance FLT is essential - as is a commitment to good Health & Safety practice. You will also need to be fit as this role can be physically demanding.
