Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking
SALARY: £16,000 (to rise to £18,500)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
Our client is a leading debt recovery, collections and outsourcing partner with clients in both the UK and Germany. Services include accounts receivable management, customer management services, and back office services.
Our client is looking for a German speaking Customer Services Advisor. The successful candidate will be required to:
*Manage own caseload of debtors, along with the provision of information and payment solutions.
*Obtain and track payment commitments
*Engage and/or coordinate with other Client functions including: Service Management, Billing Operations, Customer Care, Service Delivery, etc. (calls, emails, conference calls)
*Use strong negotiation skills to maximize revenue.
*Overcome objections and take ownership of queries.
*Salary will rise in increments to £17K in 6 months, £18K in 12 months and 18.5K in 24 months

Our client is looking for strong Customer Service applicants with the following experience:
*Fluent in German (verbal & written)
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Ability to work with Excel spread sheets
*Sound judgment and decision making
*Good keyboard typing and computer literacy
*High attention to detail
